The Mission comprised of Roberto O. Panzardi (World Bank Project Task Team Leader and Sr. Public Sector Specialist), Sydney Augustus Godwin (Financial Management Specialist). The Mission was assisted by Adama Davida Ginorlei (Program Assistant). Parminder P.S. Brar (Country Manager) provided overall guidance and support. The Mission commenced with an inception meeting Chaired by Ms Sidratu Koroma, Director Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), to review the Mission agenda, Next Steps identified in the Aide Memoire of the last Mission and disc uss implementation progress and challenges to date. The main objectives of the Mission were to: (i) carry out a verification of Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs); (ii) review progress on all components and activities; (iii) participate on an Rapid Results Initiatives (RRI) workshop designed to support implementation of the Project; and, (vi) review of Financial Management, Procurement and Disbursement arrangements to understand outstanding persistent delaying issues.
