The Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), in the Office of the President, engaged Parliamentarians on Public Sector Reform initiatives. The objective of this engagement was to update Parliamentarians of both Committees on Reform Initiatives, particularly with regards to Pay Reform, Recruitment and Staffing, and Performance Management and Accountability, three critical areas in the Public Sector Reform Programme. Presentations and discussions were designed to gain the interest, understanding and participation of Parliamentarians.
