The Mission commenced with a kick-off meeting chaired by the Project co-ordinator,the Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU) to review the Mission agenda, the Next Steps identified on the last Aide Memoire and discuss implementation progress and challenges to date. PSRU organized a RRI Workshop to review and update a number of work plans. The Mission was invited to meet the Minister of Finance and Economic Development (MOFED). The Mission had courtesy meetings with the key Implementing Agencies, including Accountant General's Department, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Cabinet Secretary (CabSec) and the Public Service Commission (PSC). The TTL was also invited to make a Statement at the official launch of the documentary about the Project by H.E the President at State House. The launch was well attended by Cabinet Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries and Professional heads. The Mission concluded with a wrapup meeting at PSRU on October 7th, 2016, chaired by Ms. Sidratu Koroma, Director PSRU.
